What should I do if I received a damaged or wrongly shipped product?
Only wrongly shipped items shipped by Koso Med can be exchanged and or refunded within 30 days of the delivery. Please contact customer support team support@thekosomed.com. What should I do if I received an incomplete or missing order?
Please double verify the invoice provided during the confirmation message when your purchase was done to ensure that the missing item is listed as shipped and was not cancelled due being out of stock.
